July 08 We are still out hereWondered where we've been? I'm not sure if anyone else is out there - - - but here is the update for us. Rose totally gutted her bedroom and almost has it put back together - she's been maintaining her weight during that project. And I've purchased a house that needed major renovation. So far, most of what I've been doing is painting like a mad-woman. I hired contractors for the worst of the work. I'm scheduled to move in this weekend but last night while I was in painting, the Kitchen floor was still tore up and they still need to gut out the downstairs bathroom. I have confidence that they will make great progress this week May 27 Food & Ex Diary May 27th- June 1stTuesday May 27th,

May 21 About 1 month to normal!Friday morning at 9AM I sign the papers on my new house. Memorial Day weekend, I will be spending most of the weekend painting and repairing the walls, doing yard work and all the good things of owning a house. This will be especially challenging because the house was a foreclosed home and it is in need of a LOT of TLC. I don't move the last of my things in until June 19th-20th so I will have a month here of heavy work but not really good exercise. I am trying hard to maintain my calories. But I have to admit that last Monday was so bad that I stopped on the way home to get a small bag of dark chocolate M&M's. I knew I wouldn't have the time to work off the stess - so I chose the BAD thing and ate to settle the stress. Sometimes that just needs to be done (as long as I don't make a habit of it again!) I'm excited and stressed at the same time - - - I can't wait for normal again! May 20 Food & Ex Diary 5/19-5/25Trisha:

May 15 Finally ~ UNDER 200!YEAH!!!!!!
I'm finally under the 200 mark. I've been hanging close to the mark for quite some time. But, I've finally broken the glass ceiling. My original goal was to be 187 pounds before I left for a Mediteranean Cruise at the end of September. I have 11 pounds to lose in 18 weeks. Now I'm driven.... I now want to be below 180 pounds. That is what happens when a type A personality tries to diet. At least I recorded my original goal and I will be happy to make that one. Anything below that will fit into my overachiever category Thanks for visiting!
